Professional Negligence
Our professional negligence team has extensive expertise in this specialised area of the law. Since our appointment to the Solicitors Indemnity Fund panel in 1994 we have represented the interests of solicitors against whom allegations of negligence have been made. In that time we have handled over 1,500 matters, many of them extremely complex and of significant value.
Increasingly we are acting for individuals bringing claims against solicitors and of course we also advise clients in relation to claims against a variety of other professionals, including

- Surveyors and valuers
- Architects
We are members of the Professional Negligence Lawyers Association.
